    Deputy Director Wang Jimin pointed out that in the past four decades, China's food and nutrition development has begun to shift from "eating enough" to "eating well", and has now entered a critical period of transformation to nutrition and health, but there is still a huge gap between
    China and some developed countries in the field of nutrition security.
    The project is to promote the development of iron-fortified wheat as the starting point, strengthen nutritional security, and contribute
