A few days ago, the inaugural meeting of the Expert Committee of Shandong Seasoning Food Association was held in Jinan.

At the meeting, the delegates voted unanimously to approve the list of members of the Expert Committee and the identification procedures and responsibilities of experts, and approved the leading body and members of the Expert Committee

At the meeting, Wang Shimin, former director of Shandong Food Industry Office, Ji Wuke, former chief engineer of Shandong Fermentation Design and Research Institute, Wei Zijie, secretary general of Shandong Time-honored Enterprise Association, Ma Sile, professor of Shandong University, and Song Yuanda, professor of Shandong University of Technology, etc.

Yang Shengquan said that the establishment of the expert committee aims to publicize and implement national laws, regulations and policies on seasoned food, as well as national and industry standards, plan the development of the industry, and make development suggestions to relevant government departments
