In order to promote the transformation of the dairy industry to high-quality development, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will launch a demonstration project for the application of high-quality dairy cattle breeding bull breeding technology, improve the performance measurement of dairy cattle, select a group of national dairy cattle core breeding farms, and improve the breeding level of dairy cattle breeds; continue to implement revitalization Dairy alfalfa development action, build a high-yield and high-quality alfalfa base of 500,000 mu; support the transformation and upgrading of dairy farms and the development of family pastures, and guide moderate-scale farming

At the same time, promote the application of the Internet of Things technology and intelligent technical facilities and equipment for dairy farms, and promote the construction of a "digital dairy industry information service cloud platform" pilot; Tripartite testing pilots, improving the interest linkage mechanism of the dairy industry chain; rectifying the order of raw milk purchases, investigating and promulgating non-fulfillment of raw milk purchase and sales contracts in accordance with the law, and forcibly selling veterinary drugs and feeds by virtue of the purchase and sales relationship

In order to expand and strengthen the national dairy industry brand, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will implement the dairy industry brand promotion action, cultivate high-quality brands, and lead the development of the dairy industry; improve the alliance mechanism of China's top 20 dairy industry, and hold the fourth dairy industry D20 summit to promote dairy products.
