the 15 substances are cinnamyl alcohol, 3-phenylpropan-1-ol, 2-phenylpropanaldehyde (2-phenylpropanal), 3-(p-cumenyl)-2-methylpropropionalde-hyde, α-methyl cinnamon (alpha-methylmalal) dehyde), 3-phenylpropanal (3-phenylpropanal), cinnamic acid (cinnamic acid), acnnamyl acetate, butyl cinate (cinnamyl butyrate), 3-phenylprobutylbutrate (3-phenylp isropylbutyrate), cinnamonate isoesterate (cinnamyl isovale), Cinnamyl isobutyrate, ethyl cinnamate, methyl cinnamate and isopentyl cinnamate.
these additives belong to the category of additives as "sensory additives" and functional groups as "flavoring compounds".
