The Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents (the "Guidelines") were issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission in May 2016 in accordance with the principles of nutritional science and the health needs of the people, combined with local food production and supply and the practice of people's lives. The Chinese Nutrition Society organized experts based on the "guide" to create an animated version published by Peking University Medical Press in May 2017, a full set of animation 7 episodes, of which the first episode is an overview of the introduction, the second to the seventh episode is based on the core six as the theme, design a family of character animation, through their daily life, in the form of a story more graphic, intuitive interpretation of each core recommendation content, better guide the public's dietary practice..
