Recently, the dairy product quality and risk assessment technology innovation team of the Beijing Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences successfully established a new method for the detection of 24 octadecanoic acid isomers in milk, achieving the same differentiation of the octadecanoic acid isomers in milk.
Eighteen carbon fatty acids are important fatty acids in milk, and their isomers have potential health benefits in promoting brain development, regulating immunity, and relieving inflammation
The research was funded by the Science and Technology Innovation Project of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the National Modern Agricultural Industrial Technology System
