According to the ruling: On June 10, 2021, the administrator of Chenyang Group applied to the Xushui District People's Court for a substantial merger and reorganization of Chenyang Group, Chenyang Water Paint, Chenyang New Materials, and Chenyang Logistics

Subsequently, Yisheng Investment Company filed an objection to the Xushui District People's Court before the hearing, saying that it did not agree to substantively merge and reorganize the four enterprises of Chenyang Group, Chenyang Water Paint, Chenyang New Materials, and Chenyang Logistics

The managers of Chenyang Group proposed four reasons for the substantive merger and reorganization of the four companies of Chenyang Group, Chenyang Water Paint, Chenyang New Materials, and Chenyang Logistics, which are as follows:

Based on the above four reasons, the People's Court of Xushui District, Baoding Province, Hebei Province ruled that the four enterprises of Chenyang Group, Chenyang Water Paint, Chenyang New Materials, and Chenyang Logistics shall be merged and reorganized
