On November 1, the China Feed Industry Association held a compilation work meeting
of "History of China's Feed Industry" in Beijing.
The meeting was chaired
by Wang Zongli, director of the National Animal Husbandry General Station, executive vice president and secretary general of the China Feed Industry Association.

At the meeting, the compilation team reported on the development and progress
of the work of "History of China's Feed Industry".
In the nearly one year since the start of the work of compiling history, through conference discussions, extensive collection of materials, repeated polishing, and continuous improvement, the discussion draft has been basically completed and phased work results
have been achieved.
The participating experts put forward many suggestions for the discussion draft of the feed machinery processing chapter, and suggested that the revision and improvement be used as a reference
for the preparation of other chapters.

Director Wang Zongli fully affirmed the compilation work and expressed his heartfelt thanks
to the participating experts for their considerable time and energy.

It was also pointed out that the work of later codification was still very heavy, and it was necessary to speed up the pace and move
forward.
He proposed that the compilation of "History of China's Feed Industry" should be based on a sense of responsibility and mission for the industry, adhere to history as the basis, tell the story of the development of the industry, take the development of China's feed industry for forty years as the main line, focus on reflecting the major turning point in the development of China's feed industry, and fully demonstrate the great contribution
of the feed industry to the prosperity of the rural economy and the improvement of people's lives.
