On September 2, the second China New Consumer Health Industry Forum with the theme of "Uniting Industry Forces, Promoting Healthy Dietary Consumption, and Helping Dietary Consumption Science Popularization" was held at the National Convention Center, which is the constituent forum of the 2022 China International Fair for Trade in Services and the only forum

Academician Chen pointed out that the scientific consensus on food sweeteners (2022) organized by the Kexin Food and Health Information Exchange Center is a good exploration and attempt, which will help the public improve the health level of diet, scientifically understand and use sweeteners, and actively respond to the national three-minus and three-health policy
through scientific and reasonable diet and exercise habits.

The Consensus is jointly written by the Science and Technology Food and Health Information Exchange Center, the Institute of Nutrition and Health of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Food Hygiene Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, the Health Communication Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association and other institutions, aiming to help the public have a more comprehensive understanding of sweeteners in order to choose the right food according to their own needs, and the specific content will be released
in the near future.
The Consensus believes that the substitution or partial replacement of added sugars with sweeteners is a development trend in
