    News from this newspaper In order to strengthen the law enforcement supervision of the fishing moratorium and effectively maintain the fishing moratorium order, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs recently issued the "Notice on Launching Joint Cross-Enforcement Actions for the 2022 Marine Seasonal Fishing Moratorium" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), scheduled for July 7 In the middle of this month, the coastal provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) will simultaneously carry out the joint cross-enforcement action for the 2022 marine fishing moratorium (hereinafter referred to as the "cross-law enforcement action"), and conduct research on grass-roots fishery law enforcement


    The "Notice" pointed out that this cross-enforcement action was organized by the Fisheries and Fisheries Administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (hereinafter referred to as the "Ministry of Fisheries and Fisheries Administration"), and composed of competent forces from the fishery and fishery administration departments of coastal provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities)11 A working group was assigned to 11 coastal provinces to implement cross-law enforcement work and conduct research


    The "Notice" clarifies that this cross-law enforcement operation is divided into three parts: unannounced visits, law enforcement and investigation


    The cross-enforcement operation includes four main tasks


    The "Notice" requires that all provincial fishery and fishery administrative departments should attach great importance to this cross-law enforcement action to ensure effective results
