2016 American Experimental Biology Conference (EB Conference) was held april 2-6 in San Diego, USA. At this meeting, the Chinese Nutrition Society and the North American Chinese Nutrition Society co-sponsored the China Sub-Forum of the American Experimental Biology Conference (the international forum at Experimental Biology 2016-China). This is the fourth time since 2013 that the Chinese Nutrition Society of China and the North American Chinese Nutrition Society have co-organized the China Sub-Forum of the EB Conference in the United States. More than 100 experts and student representatives from China and the United States participated in the sub-forum, including more than 20 representatives of the Chinese nutrition community, and the largest number of participants in years. Ding Gangqiang, vice president of the Chinese Nutrition Society, served as co-chair of the China Branch, and honorary director Cheng Yiyong, executive director Ling Wenhua, executive director Wang Zhixuan and Deputy Secretary-General Wang Zhu made academic reports at the China branch, respectively, to present the cutting-edge dynamics in the field of Chinese nutrition with experts from the North American Chinese Society.
