    During the keynote report stage of the conference, Professor Li Liming, director of the Center for Public Health and Major Epidemic Prevention and Control Strategy Research at Peking University, gave a keynote speech on "Research Results of the Association between Dietary Habits and Chronic Diseases Based on Prospective Studies on Chronic Diseases in China"; Vice Chairman of the Chinese Nutrition Society, China Researcher Yang Xiaoguang from the Institute of Nutrition and Health of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported on the "Research Progress on Dietary Nutrient Reference Intakes in the Chinese Population"; Professor Song Baoliang, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Dean of the School of Life Sciences of Wuhan University, introduced the scientific progress of "Human Diet and Cholesterol Metabolism Regulation" ; Yang Ruifu, chairman of the Probiotics, Prebiotics and Health Branch of the Chinese Nutrition Society, and researcher from the Institute of Microbial Epidemiology, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, brought a report on "diet, microbiome and health"; Professor Sun Changhao, vice president of Harbin Medical University, introduced "Progress in Time Series Nutrition Research" and development direction”; Dr.
