On 28 January 2021, Thailand informed the WTO of four draft directives (G/SPS/N/THA/286/Add.1; G/SPS/N/THA/287/Add.1; G/SPS/N/THA/288/Add.1; G/SPS/N/289/Add.1;).
previously released on January 8, 2020 (G/SPS/N/THA/286; G/SPS/N/THA/287; G/SPS/N/THA/288) and February 2020 Draft Circular (G/SPS/N/THA/289), which was issued on 6 January 2021, namely, the draft conditions for the import of chili peppers, eggplants, tomatoes and corn seeds for import into Thailand, was adopted and published in the Royal Gazette on 13 January 2021.
effective: 90 days after the publication of the Royal Gazette (13 April 2021).
