Xi'an Municipal Unit Government Procurement Center by xi'an City Old Cadre Activity Center commissioned by the government procurement management department approval, in accordance with the government procurement procedures, the old cadres activity center in Xi'an City integrated roof waterproofing project to conduct competitive negotiations and procurement. Qualification requirements:
(1) legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate (all copies);
(2) legal representative power of attorney (legal representative does not need to be provided to participate in the tender, but must provide legal representative ID card) and authorized person ID card;
(3) The qualification of the general contracting enterprise for housing construction works is at or above three levels (including three levels);
(4) the safety production license;
(5) the proposed project manager builder registration certificate and his safety production assessment certificate (B certificate); and
(6) Foreign enterprises shall provide the "Record Certificate of Construction Enterprises From Outside the Province" issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shaanxi Province.
