The expansion of the Shanghai Food Application Laboratory has enabled Taylor & Lyle's technical experts to work closely with customers to jointly develop foods and beverages with reduced sugar, fat and calories, and increased dietary fiber to meet growing customer demand
The expansion of the Shanghai Food Application Laboratory and increased pilot-scale capacity enables customers to develop, test and calibrate formulations across different categories of food, including dairy, beverages, baked goods, as well as soups, sauces and condiments
This expansion of the laboratory is one of three major investment projects by Taylor & Lyle in the Asia-Pacific region in the past few months, which also includes the expansion of the STA-LITE® polydextrose plant in Nantong, China, and the expansion of the food application laboratory in Singapore
