Studies have found that many chemotherapy drugs can have multiple side effects and complications in cancer patients, especially inheartvasculardiseasesThe purpose of this study was to explore whether exercise training interventions could improve the body composition and motor response of patients with head and neck (H-N) who are undergoing chemotherapya randomized controlled trial included 84 h-N patients and randomly assigned to the sedentary or sports groupCollect data before and after training to measure body composition, heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP), rate-pressure accumulation (RPP), and athletic abilityresults showed that both the sedentary group lost weight and body mass index after eight weeks of chemotherapy, but did notAfter 8 weeks of training, the internal fat of the exercise group decreased and the skeletal muscle rate increasedIn addition, the indicators of HR, HR recovery, BP, BP recovery, RPP, minute walking distance and so on were better than those of the sit-in groupThe results show that exercise training can significantly improve the movement response and body compositionin general, these findings suggest that exercise helps promote cardiopulmonary function and motor ability in patients with H.Ncancer who received chemotherapy
