Entering 2022, our coatings industry is also affected by multiple factors such as repeated epidemics, conflicts between Russia and Ukraine, sharp rise in raw material prices, industrial chain restructuring and supply chain security, and insufficient downstream consumer demand, and has suffered a historic and serious impact.

In the first half of the year, after experiencing a deep decline in major economic indicators in April, a narrowing decline in May, and a difficult situation of stabilizing and recovering from June, the total output of coatings in the country reached 16.

Although we have gone through severe tests, we still firmly believe that under the guidance of epidemic prevention and control and the State Council's package of policies to stabilize the economy, and under the active response and hard work of all enterprises in the industry, the steady growth in the second half of the year has boosted our confidence

Chairman Sun Lianying emphasized that in the future, how to face various difficulties to promote high-quality development and how to further enhance the ability to resist risks, it is even more necessary to actively build a green and low-carbon intelligent manufacturing system under the concept of openness, sharing, cooperation and exchange.

The annual China Coatings Industry Information Conference has created a platform for the exchange of information on the entire industrial chain of the coatings industry.
