    According to the requirements of the Ministry of Finance on steadily promoting the general payment of electronic non-tax income, the State Food and Drug Administration decided to use the electronic payment of
    registration fees for drugs and medical devices.
    The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
     
    First, the applicant submits the application for the registration of drugs and medical device products in the online office hall of the State Drug Administration, the relevant review center will review, after confirming that there is no error, the non-tax income collection management system of the Ministry of Finance will send an electronic payment code to the applicant in the form of SMS, and the applicant can pay through counter payment, self-service terminal, online payment, self-service POS card, bank exchange, transfer payment, etc
    。 After the Administrative Matters Acceptance Service and Complaint Reporting Center of the State Drug Administration confirm that the payable fee has been paid, the electronic payment letter will be sent to the e-mail address
    designated by the applicant within 10 working days.

    Electronic payment documents have the same legal effect
    as paper bills.
     
    3.
    The electronic payment letter shall be officially launched
    from the date of issuance of this circular.
