    On December 28, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) of South Korea issued Notice No. 2020-128, amending parts of the Codex Alimentarius, the main contents of which are as follows: 1. Change the limit for the production of thyrobacterium from "≤100/g (sterilized products are negative)" to "n-5" for pickles, pickled foods, sugar-cured foods, canned goods, vinegar, compound flavored foods, and curries. c=2, m=100, M=1,000 (the sterilization product is n=5, c=0, m=0/25g)".
