Case 1: A clinic in Dawukou District, Shizuishan City, operated and used expired drugs and medical devices

On May 6, 2022, when the Shizuishan Municipal Market Supervision Bureau conducted a law enforcement inspection of a clinic in Dawukou District, it was found that 14 kinds of drugs for sale, 2 specifications of dispensing syringes, and 4 specifications of disposable sterile injection needles placed on the shelves and containers of the clinic had expired

In view of the fact that the parties can actively cooperate with the investigation and provide relevant evidence, the value of the goods is small, the social harm is small, and the illegal acts are minor, the market supervision department decided to reduce the punishment
of the parties.
Pursuant to Article 117 of the Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the parties concerned were ordered to correct the above-mentioned illegal acts, confiscated a total of 216 boxes (bags and sticks) of 20 kinds of expired drugs and medical devices, and imposed a fine of 50,000 yuan
