A few days ago, Shan Mou, a sanitation worker who was cleaning up garbage at No.
26, Wencui Road, Dongling District, Shenyang, suddenly discovered that there were many brown bottles containing chemicals in the garbage.
The jars, some bottles had the words "epichlorohydrin" written on them, and when he was cleaning them, several bottles suddenly fell on the ground and exploded on fire.

At the scene of the incident in front of the Shenyang Architectural Research Institute, firefighters wore gas masks and filled the burning chemicals with soil after receiving the report.
