On June 5, it was learned from the Shanxi Provincial Work Safety Supervision Bureau and the Economic and Information Commission that in accordance with the "Implementation Plan for the Relocation and Reconstruction of Hazardous Chemicals Production Enterprises in Urban and Population-Dense Areas in Shanxi Province" that is being announced, this year the province has fully initiated the relocation of hazardous chemical production enterprises.
Shanxi Provincial Work Safety Supervision Bureau investigator Hao Jiandong told reporters that there are 7 hazardous chemical production companies in densely populated areas involved in the relocation and transformation of this announcement, namely Yangmei Group Taiyuan New Chemical Material Co.
Hao Jiandong pointed out that the "Implementation Plan" encourages existing hazardous chemical production enterprises to move into the park, and each municipal government should evaluate and demonstrate the current situation and development prospects of chemical parks in the region, and clarify the chemical parks that can accept the relocation of enterprises; further improve the park Infrastructure and public works, actively carry out the construction of smart parks, and enhance the capacity of chemical parks to undertake hazardous chemical production enterprises.
Zhang Xiaosheng, director of the Investment Planning Division of the Shanxi Provincial Economic and Information Commission, said that Shanxi Province will broaden funding channels, increase financial policy support, and increase land policy support to ensure that the relocation and reconstruction goals are achieved on schedule.
In terms of increasing financial policy support, special provincial-level financial funds such as safety and environmental protection give priority to supporting the relocation and transformation projects of qualified hazardous chemical production enterprises.
