    On April 8, 2022, researcher Wu Aibo and researcher Hu Qiannan of Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health, Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly published a paper entitled "Elimination of Fusarium mycotoxin deoxynivalenol (DON) via microbial and enzymatic strategies in the international academic journal Trends in Food Science & Technolo.


    DON toxin is an important type B trichothecenes produced by the pathogenic fungus Fusarium graminear.


    Researcher Wu Aibo and Hu Qiannan are the corresponding authors of this paper, and postdoctoral fellow Tian Ye and doctoral student Zhang Dachuan are the co-first autho.
