There should be no labor-intensive non-chemical production enterprises in the chemical park, and existing non-chemical enterprises should gradually move out of the park.

Strictly review the project investment entities.

12.
Projects entering the park should use land sparingly.
Under the premise of meeting safety and health protection distance, the construction volume ratio is generally not less than 1, and the building coefficient is generally not less than 40%.
There shall be no protection targets within the safety protection distance of the hazardous chemical equipment of the project, no sensitive targets within the sanitation protection distance, and the fire separation distance shall not exceed the boundary of the land acquisition red line.

13.
In the park where major or above production safety accidents or environmental emergencies occur, the procedures for new and expanded projects other than the remediation of safety hazards and environmental pollution control projects shall be suspended within one year.

14.
In accordance with the provincial chemical park identification method, the review and assessment of the chemical park will be organized every three years.
Those who fail the assessment will be warned and rectified within a time limit; during the rectification period, the procedures for new and expanded projects other than the rectification of safety hazards and environmental pollution control projects will be suspended.

15.
Encourage chemical parks to expand their area based on actual conditions.

Encourage all chemical parks in our city to formulate management measures that conform to local conditions and reflect the characteristics of the parks.
