At the meeting, Gan Qian, an associate researcher at the Institute of Nutrition and Health of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, explained in detail the "Student Electronic Dietitian" catering platform, which provides information-based guidance on the nutrition of students' meals
The organizer also specially arranged the "Shandong Practice" link, where relevant persons in charge from the province's education and health departments, social organizations and enterprises shared and actively discussed the scientific and rational aspects of school feeding
The meeting believed that it is necessary to strengthen the information construction of school meals, take the dietary guidelines for Chinese residents as the guidance and rely on the electronic dietitians for students to carry out scientific and reasonable nutrition monitoring and dietary guidance, and effectively ensure the safety and nutrition of students' meals
