Xu Jiao, director of the Nutrition Division of the Food Safety Standards and Monitoring and Evaluation Department of the National Health and Health Commission, said in a speech that in recent years, the National Health and Health Commission has paid great attention to issues such as malnutrition in the growth and development of children and adolescents.

Fan Zemin, deputy director of the Sports and Health Education Division of the Sports Health and Art Education Department of the Ministry of Education, outlined the management of school food safety and nutritional health in the first half of 2021-2022, emphasizing that school food safety should be written into the history of national rejuvenation

Chen Yongxiang, President of the Chinese Student Nutrition and Health Promotion Association, Ding Gangqiang, Director of the Nutrition and Health Institute of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and Ma Jixiang, Director of the Shandong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, delivered speeches on the theme of school feeding informatization

At the meeting, Gan Qian, an associate researcher at the Institute of Nutrition and Health of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, explained in detail the "Student Electronic Dietitian" catering platform, which provides information-based guidance on the nutrition of students' meals

The organizer also specially arranged the "Shandong Practice" link, where relevant persons in charge from the province's education and health departments, social organizations and enterprises shared and actively discussed the scientific and rational aspects of school feeding

The meeting believed that it is necessary to strengthen the information construction of school meals, take the dietary guidelines for Chinese residents as the guidance and rely on the electronic dietitians for students to carry out scientific and reasonable nutrition monitoring and dietary guidance, and effectively ensure the safety and nutrition of students' meals
