equipment temperature control.

The heating and cooling system of the reactor is connected to the inlet and outlet of the reactor, and the thermal conductive medium enters
from the inlet.
After start-up, the air in the system can be discharged, and after the required temperature is set, the system can operate
automatically.

required for the cooling and heating control of the thermal conductive medium or the reaction material.

When replacing the packing, the main role of the conventional high and low temperature integrated valve is to prevent the heat conduction oil from leaking
along the axial direction of the valve stem.
If there is a slight leak, tighten the packing gland, and if the leak cannot be eliminated, replace the filler
.
When replacing, be sure to screw the stem to the end, pull out the old filler with the gas pin, then screw it into the prepared new filler in turn, and then tighten the gland
.

In the heating and cooling system project of conventional reactor, the working medium can be prevented from leaking out along the valve stem when the stem rotates

After removing the valve, straighten the stem and remove the burrs, then replace the spool
.
At the same time, the valve seat should be smoothed out so that the valve spool and seat can be tightly connected
.

For the valve spool, this valve seal is completely achieved through the metal contact line, so it is called linear seal
.
Because it is a linear seal, the valve seat and the valve spool must be ground to achieve the sealing effect

After inspecting the valve, the air tightness test
should be carried out according to the relevant requirements.
