Tomato spotted wilt orthotospovirus (TSWV) is the second largest plant virus in the world and a phytosanitary pest entering China

In the process of researching the serious diseases of pepper in Yanqing area of Beijing, the team of Ye Jian of the Institute of Microbiology found that the tomato plant and the virus-transmitting insect thrips were detected by pathogenicity, and the virus N gene was sequenced and evolutionary analysis.
