The study further discusses the feasibility of activating tumor-specific CD8-T lymphocytes to kill tumors with human malaria parasite, and with the deepening of the research on red endothosis and liver endotysis strains, the clinical prospect of genetically modified malaria parasites for tumor immunotherapy is very promising.
