On October 20, São Tomé and Príncipe said that in the second half of November, São Tomé and Príncipe will receive 1,800 tons of rice in aid from Japan, and the donation agreement was signed
on December 11, 2021, São Tomé and Príncipe said on October 20, National Television reported.
In 2023, São Tomé and Príncipe will receive a second batch of rice donated by Japan, which was signed
on August 2 this year.
