On July 11th SI Group, the developer and manufacturer of international performance additives, process solutions, pharmaceuticals and chemical intermediates, announced an agreement. Under the agreement, the company sold most of its global industrial resin business and its Brazilian-specific business to private equity firm Rhône Group, a portfolio company owned by LLC, ask Chemicals.
