Russia’s ZERNO News Network reported on November 18 that the Agricultural Analysis Center of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture predicted that Russia’s grain output would reach 123 million tons in 2021 , of which 77 million tons of wheat would be produced , which is lower than the output in 2020, but reached the average level of the past three years
