    According to information on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture , the national wheat export tariff has been raised from August 25 to 31 (inclusive) to 31.

      The funds obtained through tariffs will be returned in the form of subsidies to the producers of wheat, rye, corn and feed barley in various regions
