    The Russian Prime news agency reported on November 21 that the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade said that it will increase some nitrogen fertilizer export quotas, of which urea will increase by 400,000 tons, ammonium nitrate by 200,000 tons, and urea ammonium nitrate mixture by 150,000 tons

    The ministry said the move is aimed at stimulating Russian nitrogen fertilizer production, reducing inventory backlogs and increasing fertilizer exports, but it will not affect the domestic market supply
