Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare autoimmune disease characterized by fibrotic processes and peripheral vascular lesions that impair the function of many orga.
Researchers conducted a double-blind, multicenter, phase II trial in France from October 2015 to January 201 SSc patients with CHFS ≥ 20/90 were randomized 1:1 to receive injections of AD-SVF or place.
As a result, a total of 40 patients were randomiz.
Taken together, the findings of this study suggest that hand function improved in both groups over time, with no additional benefit to AD-SVF treatme.
