This study retrospectively summarized the surgical outcomes and complications of 124 patients with acoustic neuroma admitted to Tangdu Hospital from July 2015 to October 2020

According to the results of operation, 124 cases of acoustic neuroma were divided into 104 cases of complete tumor resection group and 20 cases of subtotal tumor resection group according to the head MRI (Figure 3)

Analysis conclusion
The authors believe that the complex and changeable membranous structure around the vestibular nerve is the key interface for tumor resection.
