Limulus Reagent Bacterial Endotoxin Detection Method is a method to judge whether the content of bacterial endotoxin in the test product meets the regulations by using the mechanism of the agglutination reaction between Limulus reagent and bacterial endotoxin

Approved by the Ministry of Health, this method is used for pyrogen inspection of four large infusions (5% and 10% glucose injection, sodium azide injection, and water for injection), and has achieved satisfactory results in a nationwide trial ^[1]
