From August 27 to 30, Feng Yueju, vice chairman of the CPPCC Shaanxi Provincial Committee, led some members and experts of the CPPCC Shaanxi Provincial Committee to conduct in-depth investigation on the construction of TCM service capacity at the grassroots level in Ziyang and Baihe counties of Ankang City During the investigation, the committee members found some problems to be solved urgently: first, there was no large-scale and online trading market for traditional Chinese medicine in all cities and counties Second, there is a small, scattered and poor situation in TCM processing enterprises, and the utilization rate of TCM resources is low Third, there is a lack of professionals in traditional Chinese medicine and health In our province, 40% of township health centers do not have a doctor or assistant doctor of traditional Chinese medicine Fourth, the county-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine has a heavy historical debt and is unable to repay it -The members suggested that: first, we should build Xi'an Wanshou Road TCM trading market into a standardized TCM trading center and a TCM trading place in Ankang Second, optimize the investment environment and give full play to the leading role of leading enterprises The third is to appropriately increase the proportion of Chinese medicine service personnel among the health professional and technical personnel recruited in the talent revitalization plan Fourth, we should increase the support for the construction of TCM service capacity in remote and poverty-stricken counties and regions, and propose to cancel the supporting funds in various construction projects in poverty-stricken areas.
