Gene co-expression network analysis showed that 85 differentially expressed genes were co-expressed with Pm024213

Based on the analysis of gene position and epistasis interaction, it was found that 35 co-expressed genes were located at epistasis interaction sites.
Based on this, this study puts forward a model for the regulation of plum weeping branch traits related to auxin synthesis and lignin synthesis pathways, which provides a theoretical basis for revealing the molecular mechanism of plum weeping branch formation
