the import is 13.362 billion US dollars In agricultural science and technology exchange and cooperation, China has established long-term and stable cooperative relations with more than 140 countries, major international organizations, regional organizations and international agricultural research institutions Foreign exchange and cooperation in agricultural science and technology cover various fields such as genetics and breeding, agricultural biotechnology, resource collection and evaluation, integrated control of crop diseases and insect pests, prevention and control of livestock and poultry epidemics, animal feed, agricultural information technology and agricultural product processing Research results of scientific and technological cooperation in important fields are constantly emerging, especially through international agriculture research consultation group such as "international agricultural research consultation group" A large number of advanced agricultural technologies, such as film mulching, conservation tillage, water-saving irrigation and facility agriculture, have been widely used in China, resulting in huge economic benefits At the same time, China has also introduced, absorbed and digested a large number of excellent animal and plant resources, advanced technology and management experience, improved the level of agricultural scientific research in China, enhanced the comprehensive agricultural production capacity and competitiveness of agricultural products, and promoted agricultural efficiency and farmers' income In terms of implementing the "going global" strategy, China has more than 1000 ocean going fishing vessels fishing in the exclusive economic zones of more than 30 countries, such as Mauritania, Guinea, Morocco, Indonesia, Myanmar, Fiji and Argentina, as well as in the high seas of the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans, with an annual catch of more than 1 million tons China has successively established soybean, corn, vegetable and other planting bases in Russia and Central Asian countries In Southeast Asia, Latin America and other regions, China has successively established development bases for food, rubber, tropical fruits, sisal and other scarce resources China has also used foreign aid funds and special funds for international agricultural exchange and cooperation to establish agricultural technologies in the Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Myanmar, Russia and Venezuela, and has played an important role in demonstration projects such as pig breeding, household biogas, hybrid rice, natural rubber seedlings, and sisal planting and processing These projects are becoming an important window to display China's advanced practical agricultural technology, agricultural machinery and processing facilities, and an important platform to promote China's agricultural economic and trade cooperation with the host country At the same time, I also jointly organized the "South South cooperation" project with FAO, and sent more than 500 agricultural science and technology personnel to developing countries such as Nigeria, Ethiopia and Fiji to help and promote the realization of local food security goals Li Zhengdong told reporters that with the implementation of the strategies such as the new leap of eastern China, the rise of central China, the development of Western China and the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China, the overall investment environment in China has been further improved, the overall level of agricultural production has been improved, the consumption demand for agricultural products has increased, and foreign investment in agricultural utilization will show a good momentum of rapid growth, and the agricultural field will also become The new hot spot of attracting foreign direct investment.
