[China Epoxy Resin Industry Online] July 1, 2004, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the State Administration of Taxation recently issued the "Notice on Replacing the Refined Oil Business Certificate and Establishing the Refined Oil Market Supervision Information Exchange System" (Commercial Reform Issue [2003] No.
512), and the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Replacement of Refined Oil Business Certificates" (Commercial Reform Division [2004] No.
7), stipulating that after June 30, 2004, the original refined oil wholesale business approval certificate It is no longer used as a basis for handling industrial and commercial and tax registration.

As of June 25, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Hebei, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Shandong, Guangdong, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Dalian, Xiamen, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Hainan and other provinces and cities, and all special oil users of refined oil products, have completed the replacement of the wholesale enterprise operating approval certificate.
