During the inspection, no “fresh duck blood” was found in the two hot pot restaurants.
The duck blood used in the two restaurants was pre-packaged duck blood distributed by the headquarters, with food production licenses, and both were within the validity period.

 

　　An inspection at the Xiaolongkan Hotpot Restaurant in Shinan District found that some of the ingredients were not stored in accordance with the required temperature, and the disinfection and cleaning facilities did not match the scale of operation.
The operating unit was ordered to make immediate corrections on site.
An inspection of Tan Yaxue Hotpot Restaurant in Shinan District found that the store had problems such as operating unauthorized business items (production and sales of cold food), irregular tableware disinfection, and incomplete food and raw materials.
The store has been ordered to Suspension of business for rectification, and immediate rectification of violations.

 

　　Judging from the current inspection situation, Qingdao City has not found fresh duck blood and other "problematic duck blood" ingredients for the time being, and consumers are welcome to supervise, complain and report.
