Qi Xiangteng up to 300,000 tons / year of new epoxy propane project technology contract between Win and ThyssenKrupp

On July 23, Qi Xiang Tengda Chairman and General Manager Chengju signed a technical license and service agreement with Cynxic Degusse Co., Ltd. and ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions Co., Ltd. These include the signing of a process license and technical service agreement for hydrogen peroxide ("HP") between Qi Xiangtenda and Win, and a license and technical service agreement for the production of epoxy propane by Qi Xiangtenda and 4000 and ThyssenKrupp for the production of hydrogen peroxide direct oxidation ("HPPO"). The main content of the HP Process Technology Licensing and Service Agreement
. Process Technology Licensing and Services: Licensing Company's 205,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide project to use win-win zirvane self-oxidation synthesis HP process and any new experience, improvement, modification, development and/or invention of the technology.
. Exclusive Terms: Within 5 years of the effective date of this License Agreement, 4X shall not, directly or indirectly, license HP processes for HP processes to epoxy propane enterprises other than the Company, Ingtron or its corresponding related parties in Shandong Province, China.
License Period: Perpetual.
HPPO Process Technology Licensing and Service Agreement Key Elements
: Process Technology Licensing and Services: Licensing Company's 300,000 ton/year epoxy propane project to use Win, the HPPO process jointly owned by ThyssenKrupp, and any new experience, improvements, modifications, developments and/or inventions of the technology.
. Exclusive Terms: Within 5 years of the effective date of this License Agreement, Win, ThyssenKrupp shall not license HPPO processes directly or indirectly to any third party other than the Company, EssenKrupp, ThyssenKrupp or its affiliates within the territory of Shandong Province, China.
License Period: Perpetual.
Through this technical license, Qi Xiangtenda obtained a full range of process technology for the production of epoxy propane by hydrogen peroxide (HP) and direct oxidation (HPPO), providing solid technical support for the promotion of the 300,000 ton/year epoxy propane project.
