In 2020, the above three standards were included in the 2020 National Food Safety Standard Revision Plan by the National Health Commission

Methyl cellulose "National Food Safety Standard Food Additives Use Standard" (GB 2760-2014) stipulates that the food additive methyl cellulose can be used as a thickener in various types of food in appropriate amounts according to production needs

Plant carbon black "National Food Safety Standard for the Use of Food Additives" (GB 2760-2014) stipulates that plant carbon black is used as a colorant in frozen drinks, dried beans, processed nuts and seeds, candy, powdered balls, cakes, Compound seasonings, collagen casings, puffed foods and other foods are used, and the maximum usage amount is specified respectively
