intends to invest 300 million yuan to build a "product change project with an annual output of 50,000 tons of epoxy soft resin" in the existing plant area to replace the "annual production" that has been approved by the environmental impact assessment in 2017 but has not yet started construction.
The 50,000 tons/year PMA in the 150,000 tons/year water-based acrylic emulsion and 50,000 tons/year PMA expansion project will cancel the production of 10,000 tons of ethyl acetate and 10,000 tons of butyl acetate, and build two new buildings.

At the same time, the original project’s 20t/h coal-fired steam boiler technology was changed to natural gas-fired steam boiler, and the 6 million kcal and 3 million kcal biomass-fired heat-conducting oil furnace technology was changed to natural gas-fired heat transfer oil.
