In order to solve the problems of limited resources, long microbial fermentation cycle or low yield in the production process, Professor Tian Yun of the School of Bioscilation of Hunan Agricultural University has made a series of progress in improving the efficient synthesis of peanut tetrylic acid and norophrenic acid through the use of synthetic biotechnology, in cooperation with Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing Normal University and the National Key Laboratory for the Use of Woody Oil Resources.
degreasing Yeast is an FDA-certified unconventional yeast with unique physiological properties.
Professor Tian Yun's team used the yeast as the chassis cell, by designing and constructing the peanut tyrene acid biosynthesis pathway, analyzing the suitability of different metabolic pathways in the chassis cell, using fusion protein strategy to optimize the target product synthesis method, and finally realized the peanut tyrenic acid in the chassis cell.
