Check whether the fasteners around the instrument are loose, and tighten them in time if they are found to be loose

3.
Whether the water pressure and air pressure are normal, and whether the liquid temperature meets the requirements

4.
Whether the nozzle is blocked or not, and whether the temperature of each gearbox and bearing is normal

5.
Whether the mouth of the bottle box is damaged, and whether the oblique filter is blocked
.
If the liquid level difference on both sides of the inclined screen exceeds 100mm, it must be cleaned
.
Use and maintenance of automatic bottle washing machine: 1.
Clean the filter screen in the discharge box and install it after cleaning

2.
Open the quick drain valve to drain, and clean the filter screen after draining
.
3.
Open the butterfly valve to discharge the pre-soak liquid, open the pre-soak tank to clean the hole cover, and rinse the glass debris channel with high-pressure water
.
4.
Open the stop valve, rinse the warm water tank and the hot water tank with clean water, and close the stop valve and the main water valve after rinsing
.
5.
Clean up the sundries, dirt and glass fragments around the instrument
.
6.
Clean the bottle outlet area, close the quick exhaust valve, and fill the instrument with oil
.
