In 2022, Poland will inspect a total of 109 candy production and operation enterprises, including 71 sales stores and 38 production enterprise.
The main results are as follows: (1) Sensory characteristics, sensory evaluation of 98 batches was carried out, and no violations were found; (2) Laboratory testing, physical and chemical indicators were checked in a total of 144 batches, of which 7 batches had problems (9%) (3) Labeling, 240 batches of labels were verified, of which 40 were found to be incorrectly labeled (17% ), failure to provide product name, failure to list all ingredients (including those of compound ingredients such as "margarine"), ingredient list not in descending order, use of false additional/voluntary information .
