According to the "Notice", in order to accelerate the reform of the professional title system for pharmacy (non-clinical units), according to the spirit of the relevant documents, Hunan Province will start the evaluation of intermediate and junior professional titles of pharmacy (non-clinical units) this year

Except for professionals who have reached the retirement age or retired (including re-employment) before the deadline for application materials, they are engaged in non-clinical drug-related fields such as drug research and development, production, circulation, inspection and testing, review and inspection, evaluation and monitoring, training and education All professional and technical personnel working can be declared

The "Notice" made the following requirements on the academic qualifications of the applicants:

(1) The pharmacist in charge (the Chinese pharmacist in charge)

Obtain a doctorate degree in pharmacy, Chinese pharmacy and related majors

Obtain a master's degree or double bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Chinese pharmacy or related majors, obtain the title of pharmacist (Chinese pharmacist), and have been employed for more than 2 years

Obtain a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Chinese pharmacy or related majors or graduate from the preparatory technician (technician) class of technical colleges and universities, obtain the title of pharmacist (Chinese pharmacist), and have been employed for more than 4 years

Obtained a college degree in pharmacy, Chinese pharmacy or related majors or graduated from a senior technical class in a technical college, obtained the title of pharmacist (Chinese pharmacist), and has been employed for more than 6 years

Obtained a pharmacy, Chinese pharmacy or related professional technical secondary school degree or graduated from an intermediate technical class of a technical college, obtained the title of pharmacist (Chinese pharmacist), and has been employed for more than 7 years

Obtain the professional qualifications of licensed pharmacists and directly recognize that they have the title of competent pharmacist or competent Chinese pharmacist

Obtain a bachelor degree or above in pharmacy, Chinese pharmacy or related majors or graduate from a preparatory technician (technician) class in a technical college

The Hunan Provincial Food and Drug Administration requires applicants’ academic qualifications (degrees) to be recognized by the state in pharmacy and related majors, including medicine (except pharmacy), chemistry, biology and biological sciences, pharmaceutical engineering, applied pharmacy, drug inspection and testing, Food and drug supervision and management, food (the specialized courses must include chemistry, biochemistry and other specialized courses) and other majors

Talents from private enterprises who have not obtained a title can directly participate in the evaluation upon recommendation

The "Notice" also stipulates that if the academic qualification (degree) certificate is marked with the words "full-time" or "off-production", it shall be classified as a full-time academic qualification.

(Professional) On the basis of the promotion requirements, through the evaluation and recommendation of private enterprises, you can directly apply for participating in the middle-level professional title according to the normal declaration period of similar professional and technical personnel in our province for more than 2 years

Those who have the qualification of practicing pharmacist and have participated in continuing education and training as required, the number of years they have worked in drug-related positions since obtaining the qualification of practicing pharmacist can be regarded as the work experience of pharmacists, and they can first declare and obtain the junior professional title of pharmacist (Chinese pharmacist).
Those who have met the requirements for promotion to the intermediate qualifications accumulatively starting from one year can apply for the intermediate title of pharmacist in charge (in charge of Chinese pharmacist)

It is understood that Jiangsu, Anhui, Sichuan, Fujian, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Chongqing, Hainan, Beijing and other places have previously issued relevant documents, matching qualifications with professional titles, affirming the value of licensed pharmacists, and stipulating that professional and technical personnel obtain professional qualifications for licensed pharmacists.

Lower performance and academic achievement requirements
