Today, the "2017 Petrochemical Industry Development Conference" hosted by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation was held in Dalian.
This reporter witnessed the release of the "Six Action Plans for the Green Development of China's Petroleum and Chemical Industry (2017~2020)".
The six major plans are the "Wastewater Governance Action Plan", the "Exhaust Gas Governance Action Plan", the "Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal Action Plan", the "Energy Conservation and Low Carbon Action Plan", the "Safety Management Improvement Action Plan" and the "Petroleum and Chemical Industry Park" Green Development Action Plan.
According to on-site knowledge, these six major plans have put forward many targeted opinions on the technological transformation and management measures of the chemical fertilizer and pesticide production links.
The meeting invited leaders of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other ministries and commissions to introduce important policies for the petrochemical industry.
At the same time, local governments, large enterprises, multinational companies, and industry experts were invited to exchange views on the future development trend of the industry, and discuss the structural adjustment, rational layout and Major issues such as sustainable development.

The "Wastewater Treatment Action Plan" pointed out that the nitrogen fertilizer industry encourages the implementation of advanced coal gasification technology transformations such as coal water slurry pressurized gasification and dry pulverized coal pressurized gasification, optimizes the structure of raw materials, and encourages closed loop ultra-low emission of coal gasification washing and dust removal water.
