Cognitive impairment is when a person has trouble remembering, learning new things, concentrating, or making decisions that affect everyday life
"Our study found that people with diabetes and other heart disease risk factors had lower scores on cognitive tests that predicted heart disease," study co-author McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada said Herzel C.
